Lavoro in corso

Sono stato molto occupato in questi giorni, ho lavorato alla realizzazione di un portale con forum per la land Second Italia. Ora il lavoro è quasi ultimato e si spera abbia un discreto successo. Sono soddisfatto in ogni caso del lavoro svolto. Anche se ha delle cose da migliorare in futuro direi che la struttura è stata messa in piedi in un paio di giorni di duro lavoro. Certo ogni tanto qualche problemino di collegamento al database lo da, ma non è frutto di un mio errore ma del servizio hosting che supporta il sito

Blog IBI Fair

Ho creato un altro blog, per la IBI Fair Leonardo Da Vinci, in modo che tutti potranno leggere le news di questa fiera tematica che sta per approdare su un’isola nuova e sarà dotata di molti più stands e cartelloni pubblicitari in affitto. Il prossimo evento trattato sarà l’abbigliamento e si spera di iniziare tra una ventina di giorni.

IBI BANK

E arrivarono le banche italiane….
La Ibi Bank nell’economia di Second Life.

L’economia e’ il motore del mondo.. o, almeno, corre voce che sia cosi’… E Second Life non poteva sottrarsi a questa umana regole della societa’ dei consumi… I pupazzetti per quanto scriptati e’ dagli umani che vengono diretti, alimentati, percepiti, organizzati.
Cosi’, se la Borsa italiana non poteva mancare nel panorama sperimentale di un’economia ai tempi del web 2.0 – e dentro di esso – e’ della storia di una banca che vogliamo scrivere in questa pagina… perche’ la’ dove l’economia puo’ essere virtuale i soldi, si sa, sono sempre veri…
Le storie di banche si susseguono ed inseguono nel panorama tridimensionale dove girano milioni di dollari al mese nelle transazioni regolarmente registrate e dove nuove banche aprono, insaccano, e chiudono con la fuga precipitosa dei fondatori che, dopo aver intascato, scappano.
Ma non tutti gli esempi in Second Life sono di economia nefasta e tetra, anzi: all’affacciarsi sul mercato di nuove leve e nuovi pupazzetti intenti a pianificare in positivo, ecco che sorgono anche esempi di banca virtuale che nulla ha da invidiare alla serieta’ d’impresa della real life.
Enry Chevalier lo incontriamo all’ingresso dell’edificio della Ibi Bank, di cui e’ socio fondatore assieme a Cheros Zeffirelli e Cristian Vidor, a pochi passi dal VStEx sede della Borsa Italiana in Second Life (nell’ordine da sinistra a destra nella foto).

“Con gli altri soci ci siamo conosciuti in un gioco virtuale – racconta Chevalier – il Realtime Strategy dove eravamo tutti e tre appassionati di epoca napoleonica”.
E nonostante il galeotto Napoleone, i tre amici piu’ simili a 3 moschettieri proveniendo da esperienze imprenditoriali e diventando amici anche nella vita reale – al di qua del monitor – decidono di creare una societa’ e metter su una banca nel Metaverso dei Linden.
“Io con molteplici esperienze sia nel campo imprenditoriale che nel campo pubblico laureato in scienze dei servizi giuridici, Cristian come imprenditore e Cheros come statistico con esperienze di insegnamento ed in varie ditte – spiega Chevalier – diamo vita a IBI Group nel marzo di quest’anno”.
“Tuttavia non volevamo fossilizzare la societa’ solo alla banca – continua – ma l’idea chiara era basata su un concetto fondamentale: niente soldi facili!”.
Quindi principi etici ed un interesse basso che permette di non arrendersi alle prime battute d’avvio.
I soldi servono ai clienti della banca per acquistare terre, le land di Second Life e nelle scorse settimane si e’ verificata la possibilita’ di quotare in borsa la IBI Fair (ramo culturale del gruppo che si occupa della creazione di fiere in sl) con l’attuazione del security pack degli azionisti con l’acquisto di 50000 azioni Vstex.
“La quotazione di IBI Fair è stata una casualità nel senso che dopo il crack di Jasper Tizzy ed altri ad esso affiliati che avevano una banca e altre attività in Second Life e che sono spariti dal giorno alla notte, c’erano delle azioni le KFM che erano state trasferite al Vstex dal Capex (una borsa americana). Ad Ibi interessava invece la situazione in cui tutti gli azionisti di queste KFM si erano venuti a trovare come d’altra parte altre azioni di questi tizi che avevano lasciato in brache di tela i loro azionisti. Presa a cuore la situazione delle KFM siamo cosi’ entrati in borsa quotando le KFM 1 a 1 con le azioni IBI Fair e ridando il valore alle azioni e quindi pari dignita’ agli azionisti”.
Proprio in queste settimane il gruppo ha lanciato l’operazione “IBI Security Schareholders” iniziando a comprare una serie di pacchetti azionari delle aziende sl ritenute più sicure.
“Abbiamo cominciato con 50000 azioni Vstex e continueremo così a reinvestire parte degli utili in modo da creare un consistente portafoglio da poter usare in caso di problemi”.
E da quando la IBI ha annunciato l’operazione sicurezza l’ultimo scambio è stato fatto a 0.28: un bel salto se si pensa che le azioni KFM erano quotate a 0.03 .

The Academy of Second Learning was founded in early 2006 by some of the most experienced educators in Second Life, and is committed to offering high-quality live education to the SL community at no charge to students.  Our main campus is at Eson (32, 162, 351).

How To Apply:
* First, drop in and take five classes at ASL.  All our classes are free.
* Next, fill out the ASL Teacher Application Form and submit it according to instructions below.
* Approved applicants will then be asked to develop curriculum for 2 new courses. Teacher Training and Mentoring will be offered to help applicants prepare.
* After curriculum approval, applicants will be evaluated by faculty in a live teaching situation to determine readiness. Teachers-in-training will be paid a training stipend of 250$L an hour for these classes.
* Successful applicants will be hired and eligible for a teaching stipend from 500$L/hour and up for classes taught.
